Physical Therapy That's Actually About You

One doctor. One patient. One full hour, every session.

At Fulcrum Physical Therapy, you work directly with Dr. Hussein Eid, PT, DPT, OCS for your entire session. No aides. No double-booking. Just focused, expert care.

Cash pay and eligible out of network reimbursement options are available.

Does any of this sound familiar?

You've been told to rest and take ibuprofen, but nothing actually changes.

You spend more time with an aide than with your actual physical therapist.

The same injury keeps coming back because the root cause was never addressed.

You've hit a plateau in training and can't figure out what's holding you back.

You're a weekend warrior, desk worker, or active retiree who just wants to keep moving without pain.

You want someone to actually explain what's wrong and build a plan around your specific body.

If you said yes to any of these, you are in the right place.

How care works

A clear plan from your first visit forward

You do not need to choose from a confusing list of session types. We start by understanding your problem, then use each visit to move you toward the activities and life you want back.

01

Start with a complete evaluation

Your first 60 minute visit is for understanding the full picture. Dr. Eid reviews your history, assesses how you move, treats you, and explains what is driving the problem.

02

Build progress visit by visit

Follow up visits stay focused on your goals. The plan changes as you improve, so each visit has a purpose and you always know what to work on between appointments.

03

Keep moving after discharge

When you have reached your goals, care does not have to stop. Optional continuity care gives you a way to check in, maintain progress, and address small issues before they become bigger ones.

Patient Stories

Real Results. Real People.

From competitive athletes to weekend warriors to chronic pain sufferers, here is what patients say about working with Dr. Eid.

"I tore my labrum competing and had surgery at 26. Every clinic I went to before Dr. Eid had me doing the same cookie-cutter exercises with an aide counting my reps. With Dr. Eid it was different from day one. Every single session was him assessing me, adjusting the plan, pushing me exactly where I needed it. I was back competing in under six months and honestly stronger than before. He understands athletes in a way most therapists just don't."

Marcus T.

Competitive BJJ Athlete, Post-Surgical Labrum Repair

"I'm 44 with a desk job and two kids and my back had been wrecked for three years. I had seen two other doctors and nobody could figure out what was actually wrong. Dr. Eid found it in the first session. He explained everything in plain language, treated the real problem, and I have not had a flare-up since. I genuinely wish I had found him years earlier."

Jennifer A.

Marketing Director and Weekend Runner

"I had a total knee replacement at 61 and my surgeon called my recovery exceptional. I know exactly why. Dr. Eid pushed me harder than I thought I could handle but always in exactly the right direction. I was walking without a cane two full weeks ahead of the timeline my surgeon had predicted. He is not just going through the motions. He genuinely cares about where you end up."

Robert M.

Retired Contractor, Total Knee Replacement

"I spent two years with neck pain and headaches that nobody could fix. Two PT clinics, a chiropractor, cortisone shots. Nothing lasted more than a few weeks. Dr. Eid found the neurological component that everyone else had completely missed. Six weeks later my headaches were gone. I am in my mid-60s and I honestly feel better now than I did ten years ago."

Sandra K.

High School Teacher, Chronic Neck Pain and Headaches

"I am a competitive amateur golfer and I had just accepted that low back pain was part of the deal. Dr. Eid looked at my movement patterns and found the actual root of the problem. Then he fixed it. Not managed it but actually fixed it. I am hitting the ball further than I was five years ago and I am completely pain-free for the first time in a decade."

David H.

Amateur Golfer, Chronic Low Back Pain

"I have been doing CrossFit for eight years and my shoulder was finally shutting me down. Three visits to other clinics and I still could not tell you what was actually wrong. Dr. Eid had a clear diagnosis and a treatment plan within the first hour. Four months later I hit a personal record on my snatch. The biggest difference between him and every other PT I have seen is simple. He actually stays in the room with you the whole time."

Common questions

Know what to expect before you begin

Straight answers about visits, timing, referrals, and what happens after you reach your goals.

What happens during my first visit?

Your first visit is a complete 60 minute evaluation and treatment session. Dr. Eid reviews your history, assesses your movement, explains what he finds, and starts your personalized plan that day.

How often will I need to come in?

It depends on your condition, goals, and progress. Dr. Eid will recommend a schedule after your evaluation, then adjust it as you become more independent and confident.

Are follow up visits also 60 minutes?

Yes. Every standard visit is a full hour with Dr. Eid, including follow up care. That gives you time for treatment, exercise, questions, and a clear plan for what comes next.

What happens after I am discharged?

You can continue with optional continuity care. These periodic visits are designed to help you maintain your progress, stay active, and address new aches or movement concerns early.

Do I need a referral or have to use insurance?

Florida allows direct access to physical therapy, so you can request an evaluation without a referral. You can choose cash pay or use eligible out of network benefits. HSA and FSA cards are also accepted.
