Our approach

How a visit works

Each visit is a full hour with the same physical therapist, so the plan can build from one session to the next.

  1. 01

    Evaluation

History, movement, strength, mobility and how much load the area tolerates, tied to what you want to get back to.

  2. 02

    Treatment starts at visit one

Hands-on care, education and a first set of exercises are part of the initial evaluation.

  3. 03

    Progressive loading

Follow-ups progress strength and movement based on your response, not a calendar.

  4. 04

    Independence

You leave understanding your body and how to keep training around it.

Often, yes, in a modified form. The aim is to keep you active within what the injured area tolerates. Your plan will spell out what to keep, adjust or pause.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Wear clothes you can move in, and bring any imaging reports, surgical notes or a list of medications you have. You do not need imaging to be seen.

What is the Complimentary 15-Minute Injury Screen?
