Your First Visit
Your first appointment is a comprehensive 60-minute evaluation. Dr. Hussein will review your history, assess your movement, and build a personalized treatment plan, all in one session. You will also receive your first treatment during this visit so you can start feeling better immediately.
What to Bring
- Photo ID (Driver's License)
- Insurance card (if applicable)
- Any relevant imaging (X-ray or MRI reports)
- Comfortable, moveable athletic clothing
- A list of current medications (if relevant)
Start With an Evaluation
You can usually start with a physical therapy evaluation without a referral in Florida. Requirements for continued treatment and insurance coverage can differ. Contact us to discuss what applies to your visit and request an available time.
What Happens Next
After your evaluation, Dr. Hussein will explain exactly what's causing your pain and recommend a treatment frequency and timeline based entirely on your specific goals and progress.
Cancellation Policy
Because we reserve a full hour specifically for you, we ask for a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This courtesy allows other patients in pain to access care.
