Your Care at Fulcrum

We organize care around your goals and progress, not a menu of disconnected session types.

A simple path forward

From evaluation to confident movement

The techniques we use are selected for your presentation and goals. The important thing is not the name of a technique. It is having enough time and clinical attention to know why it belongs in your plan.

Visit one

The initial evaluation

A complete 60 minute assessment and first treatment. Dr. Eid reviews your history, examines how you move, identifies the likely drivers of your symptoms, and gives you a clear plan.

Visits two and beyond

Focused follow up care

Each follow up visit is a full hour with Dr. Eid. Treatment, exercise, education, and progression are adjusted to your response and the activities you want to return to.

After discharge

Optional continuity care

Once you have reached your goals, periodic check ins can help you maintain progress, stay active, and address new concerns before they interrupt your life.

What may be part of your plan
